In short, no, we will prescribe treatments that are most suited to you and your presenting problem. We are brand agnostic, meaning we can prescribe anything that is available in Australia.

We are not aligned with any brand or wholesaler, and do not profit from the medication we choose.

All appointments are bulk billed. Meaning, outside of the initial $20 administration fee, and the treatment there are no out of pocket expenses for you

We handle the billing directly to Medicare, ensuring seamless and hassle-free payment.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide services to individuals who do not hold a valid Medicare Card or IHI number at this time. Rest assured, all private information, including your Medicare details, is encrypted to safeguard your identity and ensure confidentiality.

We prefer to send prescriptions to our partnered pharmacy as we have up-to-date information on medications in stock.

It’s important to note if you choose your own pharmacy, they may need to order medication, which can take 1-2 weeks to organise (most pharmacy will only stock one or two brands – this is why they have to order medication from wholesalers which can take time).

If you insist on choosing your own pharmacy, please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for corresponding with that pharmacy or troubleshooting any issues that may arise. If you wish to still choose your own pharmacy, we can send you your prescription and TGA approval for a one-off fee of $45.00.

However, with our partnered pharmacy, we can address any concerns instantly and ensure a smoother process for you.

Yes, every decision we make is centred around reducing costs for clients. That’s why we offer a unique guarantee: if you’re not prescribed, we’ll refund your Administration Fee. We are risk-free and worry-free.

At Virtu Health, honesty and transparency are at the core of everything we do. When you invest in your initial consultation, you’re not just paying for a service – you’re investing in your health and well-being. And we believe in rewarding that trust. Once you’ve taken that first step, all subsequent appointments and additional services, like prescription scripts, are bulk billed. We firmly stand against price gouging or inflating product prices for profit.

48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations and refunds. There is a 50% refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of your consultation. No shows will NOT be offered a refund unless there are extenuating circumstances. All effort will be made by Virtu Health to contact you for your scheduled appointment.

Full payment for the administration fee will be required when booking your first appointment. This will cover all initial costs involved.

To determine your eligibility for Virtu Health Chronic Condition Clinic, we would need to assess your specific health condition and medical history.

To qualify for Virtu Health Chronic Condition Clinic, you must meet the following criteria:

Chronic Condition: Your condition must be chronic, lasting three or more months.

Previous Treatment: You must have tried other treatments that either did not fully alleviate your symptoms or caused undesirable side effects.

Exclusions: History of psychosis or schizophrenia. Cardiovascular disease, kidney disease, or liver disease. History of drug dependence.

No. TGA approval concerns the prescriber rather than the client. When a client visits a new clinic or consults a different doctor or prescriber, it’s essential for the prescriber to secure

TGA approval before prescribing the medication.
